Maddie’s Atelier is currently available online by preorder, with pickup from our licensed commercial kitchen located at 1155 Lola Street, Unit 6–7, Ottawa.

When placing your order, you will select your preferred pickup date and time. Your order will then be ready for you to collect at this same address during your selected pickup window.

Yes. Maddie’s operates on a preorder-only basis to ensure
freshness, quality, and limited-batch production. Orders must be placed in
advance through our online shop.

Not at the moment. We are currently exploring delivery partnerships with services such as Uber Eats and DoorDash. Updates will be announced very soon.

Curbside pickup allows you to collect your order without
leaving your car. After placing your preorder, you will select a
pickup date and time at checkout. Full pickup details, including the address
and instructions, are shared after order confirmation.

No. Maddie's Atelier operates on a preorder-only basis.

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order preparation. Available dates and pickup windows will be shown during checkout.

Larger orders may be accommodated depending on
availability and production capacity. For quantities beyond what is listed
online, please contact us for a custom quote.

Whenever possible, Maddie’s Atelier works with local and regional
producers, prioritizing quality, seasonality, and craftsmanship, while honoring
classic French techniques.

Not yet. Vegan and gluten-free options are in development and will be
introduced in the near future.

Yes. Halal-friendly orders can be accommodated upon request. Simply add your requirements in the Order notes box at checkout, and our team will prepare your order accordingly. 

Madeleines are best enjoyed the day of pickup. If needed,
they can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 24
hours.
