In France, the madeleine is more than a pastry. It’s a ritual.

A quiet Sunday afternoon beside a cup of coffee. A gifted box shared on occasions worth remembering. A small, beautiful cake that turns an ordinary moment into something meaningful.

When we moved to Canada, we missed that ritual, the one you grow up with, the one you can't replace.

Maddie’s was created to bring that tradition with us, and to share it here.

At our atelier, we work exclusively with madeleines, crafting each flavour with the precision and intention of French pastry. Small batches. Seasonal collections. Delicate shells, thoughtful fillings, and refined finishes crafted with intention. Shared with simplicity.
