Where can I buy Maddie’s?

Maddie’s is currently available online by preorder, with curbside pickup in the Ottawa–Gatineau area.

We plan to participate in selected markets and pop-ups. We are also exploring a future brick-and-mortar presence as we grow in the near future. All updates will be shared through our website and social channels.

Do you operate as a preorder-only atelier?

Yes. Maddie’s operates on a preorder-only basis to ensure freshness, quality, and limited-batch production. Orders must be placed in advance through our online shop.

What is curbside pickup and how does it work?

Curbside pickup allows you to collect your order without leaving your car.

After placing your preorder, you will select a pickup date and time at checkout. Full pickup details, including the address and instructions, are shared after order confirmation.

Do you offer delivery?

Delivery is available on selected orders, and minimum quantities applied. Smaller orders are reserved for curbside pickup to maintain product quality and service flow.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

Yes. Delivery is available starting from 9 madeleines. Orders below this quantity are offered via Curbside pickup only.

Can I place a same-day order?

No. All orders must be placed in advance. Available dates and pickup windows are shown during checkout.

Can I order a larger quantity or request a custom order?

Larger orders may be accommodated depending on availability and production capacity. For quantities beyond what is listed online, please contact us for a custom quote.

Do you work with local ingredients?

Whenever possible, Maddie’s works with local and regional producers, prioritizing quality, seasonality, and craftsmanship, while honoring classic French techniques.

Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?

Not yet. Vegan and gluten-free options are in development and will be introduced in the near future.

How should I store the madeleines?

Madeleines are best enjoyed the day of pickup. If needed, they can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 24 hours.
